Gary Smith, President | Formerly a police officer from New York, Gary retired to Sequim in 1986. He bought property from Albert and they subsequently became good fishing and hunting buddies. Albert asked Gary if he would serve on the Foundation board. Gary has been president ever since the Foundation’s inception.
Dick Schneider, Vice President | Dick spent his career as a local businessman and owner of J & D Trucking. Dick provided construction work for Albert when Albert was developing Dungeness Heights. He asked Dick to join the Foundation Board, and Dick has been a board member from the Foundation’s beginning.
Dave Blake, Secretary/Treasurer | A native of the Olympic Peninsula and former CEO of Blake Sand & Gravel, Dave joined the Foundation board in 2003. He has also served as a board member of the Sequim School District for 30 years, and is a current board member of First Federal Savings & Loan.
